Born and raised in Sicily, Emanuele grew up around Italian hospitality—food as memory, family, and ritual. After 20+ years in restaurants, he founded Zagara to bring that same feeling to Orlando tables.
Originally from Milan, Riccardo brings nearly 18 years of experience across food, wine, and hospitality, including sommelier experience at Walt Disney World. He leads the service side of every Zagara experience, overseeing table presentation, timing, beverage service, and guest care so each event feels polished, relaxed, and effortless.
